Changes to content filters

Following recent 'copy+ paste binges' on the 4ALLofUS Website and the ongoing monotony of us admins needing to edit and remove stupendous quantities of unwanted, incompatible and / or malicious code from some pieces of content on this website we decided to take action.

Filters have been added that screen content on submission.

Any scripting content tags that are not also available via the buttons on the editors when publishing

There were simply too many changes needed making with the new theme so it has been taken out of production until ready.
