Climate Change

The argument arises because the 'consensus' science is, at best, in error, at worst, misrepresented. Many members of the public are sufficiently knowledgeable about science to see these errors. It does not promote confidence when those who challenge the consensus are branded as village idiots, deniers, or in the pay of commercial interests. Even if they are, as many, Professors or Head of Department at prestigious Universities around the world.

Death as Penalty? Nonsense

If I were being punished or penalized, it would mean I'd be taken to task in hopes my deed won't be re-committed by me.  If you kill me, you're assured I'll never do it again, but I'd be DEAD so that's no good.  If I killed your friend or relative or someone you don't know or ANYONE AT ALL, please explain the logic in killing me?

Grades

At present children are graded, A for Achiever down to F for Failure, or that is certainly how the grades can be and seemingly are interpreted.

This process begins with 'sats' at the age of 7 in the UK and continues throughout the education system to the end, end being degree's, bachelors, nvq's or whenever the pupil is no more. You leave education with a grade, a score, a mark of accomplishment or failure.
