So i was watching the superbowl with my family and a few close friends in my living room on a cold North Carolina winters night...We had playful banter about the teams and the game of corse then there were the superbowl commercials...There were the typical beer adds....Oh about 20 of them...I noticed the snack chip industry hard at work as well....Then comes all the car adds...( A estimated 150,000,000 million or more saw these commercials)
One commercial in particular caught my attention...The new 2010 Audi diesel TDI commercial....Here we have a man being arrested and slammed by the "The Green Police" on a check out clerks desk for choosing plastic instead of paper...
A SWAT team of green police going through trash to find unrecycled goods in street corner trash cans...Then the "Green SWAT teams" Kicking in doors to arrest people....
A fake news broadcast of a man using non-sanction light bulbs by once again (Green police Gestapo) Hauling the man away in hand cuffs....
A helicopter shining its light through a mans kitchen widow for putting a orange peal in the compacter....The Green Nazi storm troopers dragging a young couple from a hot tub because of the temperature being to high...
A road block check point where The Green Police are inspecting vehicles to see who passes there idea of green...Then a beautiful brand new and shiny 2010 Audi TDI gets the approval and passes the rest of the evil oil consuming herd of cars.....
Then to top it all off...The very end of this propaganda film shows you that not even the real Police are safe from these green control freaks....Giving a much more powerful message of fear...I mean if the Cops have to comply....We all do....Right?

Cap and Trade didn't pass into law in 2009....Its on the agenda for 2010 though...This piece of legislation is going to create (If passed) The kind of world the green police have in mind for us....Please don't get me wrong...I'm all for a more energy efficient world. Keeping that in mind....Going green in a car is a myth...
Each tire made for a car has no less than 7 gallons of oil in it...The paint used on cars is oil based...All the plastic in cars are made from oil products....The Machines used to build cars and put them together in factory's are run on oil...The machines used to build these factories all run on oil....The Hugh ships built to bring foreign cars over seas are built and run on oil production...
I think its clear to see the cars that run on diesel and other alternatives to oil...Still consume and use countless barrels of oil... To build, make ,produce and ship around the world... Its important to remember...Cap and Trade would stop none of this at all...It will however do this...Raise your taxes...Your cars will cost more...The price of gas will sky rocket...You will be poorer than ever....
Then on top of that....The law enforcement side comes into play...The video above is not a joke...It is a very realistic view of a future that is almost here...Lets look at the facts...In the last 20 months we have seen...Trillions spent in a bailout of the wealthiest corporate interest in this country...A administration who took over the largest car manufacturer in the world...A nation of millions protesting nationalised health care reform...They passed it anyway....Is it so far fetched to believe that a government who doesn't care what WE THE PEOPLE have to say....Would resort to this kind of control over are lives????

This green police thing is a complete joke. What a buntch of commie nazi corporate !@X#s. Even if I agreed with this why would you go after the people when you would logically go to the source. Why not address the makers of stuff to get them to make it better. Oh no the sell out corpate !@X#s want to control every aspect of your life. Everyone needs to stand up to this joke and call them out for what they are.

Being the only American who didn't care about the super-bowl I'm not surprised the vaulted commercials were so in-your-face.
When a group is put in a position of "policing" (read controlling) any population, you'll always find people attracted to that position who really should be separated from society. Scary people. Nothing like a badge and a gun for a sadistic sociopath. Legally, too.
Green Police remind me of people who start with well-formed intent but become so PIOUS in their attitude that they're right, no one's right if you aren't obeying their dictums, therefore, they can find ways of making life miserable. The reason it's important is because what's legal today will be against the law tomorrow. (Think: fur coats - Good intent gone sour because of personal egos. Like police. The Fur Police did the same thing - control and oppression. An alternative to their hubris was found - and why? becuase the people they targetted were RICH they could afford those fur coats and paid their way into being PC with "faux fur". But since they could care less, if animal hides were legal to wear right now, they'd be wearing them. No sense of an ethical imperative.
Anything can happen to us in the next 20 years that might seem outrageous now, but in the future we may accept it. History is our teacher here, it bears this out. So what do we do?

This sort of thing is only going to get worse. I figure that Patriots will have to go underground to survive. We must stay united.
