4ALLofUS recognises that in order to deliver on Long Term and somewhat ambitious Aims it first needs to commit to some Short Term Aims that are designed to get 4ALLofUS established, stable and effective.

 

Short Term Aims
The Short Term Aims are considered by the founders to be fundamental to the success of future efforts.

 

Recruitment
First and foremost 4ALLofUS will be seeking to increase it's knowledge and skill base.

The founders are committed to executing the ethos to the letter but they recognize the need for assistance. The Recruitment Drive will be ongoing, but in the first instance certain positions will be available to volunteers who show initiative, are in full agreement with the ethos of 4ALLofUS and have something to offer to the team.

Promotion
The more people that know about 4ALLofUS the stronger it will become.

Promotion will always be an integral part of the efforts of the team and should be aimed at as wide a demographic as possible.
A Brand, Corporate Image and Logo will be designed and then disseminated to volunteers as well as Promotion Materials such as Email Templates, Lead Capture Pages and Fliers.
Advertisement will be administered in a multitude of formats including online (IM, Forums, Blogs, Hyperlinks, Emails), personally (word of mouth, leaflet drops), mass media (radio, tv, tabloids, seminars) and wherever deemed appropriate and necessary.

Vacancies will also be advertised using the same medium when needed.

 

Structure / Policies
An Organisation needs to be organized, RIGHT!

The founders are adamant that checks and balances should be in place within 4ALLofUS as soon as possible. The ethos and Long Term Aims need to be preserved and no single person or idea should be allowed to jeopardize them.

A panel will be established to oversee all decisions that are made by 4ALLofUS and will ensure the ethos is respected and adhered to.

A legal framework will be produced with help from lawyers and people with the appropriate skills as soon as possible.
Volunteer / Workers agreements, Risk Assessments, Public Indemnity, Equality and Diversity Statements and other Protective and Preventative Systems will be designed and implemented and will be the first task of the team.

The founders of 4ALLofUS will need your support with these matters.

 

Long Term Aims
The Long Term Aims are considered by the founders to be reason for and purpose of 4ALLofUS.




 

In short

4ALLofUS aims to make the world a better place for every single person. Rich or Poor, Healthy or ill, Young or Old, Black or White. We respect you and your way of life as long as you give the same consideration for others.

The actual Aims can not yet be determined because as founders we recognize the power of a shared decisions process so at present we are not ready to commit to a specific agenda. An advisory panel will be formed, research will be conducted and important issues will be identified. A precise and deliberate plan will then be executed in accordance with the ethos.
