Lead by Rep. Tim Johnson (R) Ill., 10 Congressmen are bringing charges against President Obama in Federal Court for illegal warfare.
Nothing trumps the Constitution when it comes to declaring war.
Under Federal Law, TItle I, Sec. 8, “…no President can vote for war without the express inclusion of constitutionally-based Congressional hearings”.
Obama has interpreted federal law to mean he can use NATO and the UN to underline his actions of covert war, which legally this country cannot commit to. So he’s being hopefully brought up on charges,
